Support
Email support@casemagic.ai. Include the case number and the court if the problem is about a specific case.
Things worth checking first
- A case will not come up. Leave the court field blank and try again — case numbers repeat across districts, and naming the wrong one is the commonest reason a real case looks missing. State, county and municipal courts are not supported yet.
- The docket looks out of date. Every result shows the time the docket was last read. A freshly-checked case is cached briefly before the source is queried again.
- An assistant will not connect. The endpoint is
https://casemagic.ai/mcp, and it must be entered exactly. Per-assistant instructions. - Billing. Subscriptions are managed through the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps everything already collected.
Deleting your data
Email support@casemagic.ai from the address on the account and ask. This removes your account, your matters, your Case Passports and your CaseMail messages. Public court records are not ours to delete and will still exist at the court.
What support cannot do
CaseMagic is not a law firm. Support can help with a lookup, a subscription or a connection. It cannot tell you what to file, when something is due, or what a docket entry means for your case.
Questions people ask before they start
Is CaseMagic a law firm?
No. CaseMagic reads federal court dockets and tells you when something new is filed. It does not give legal advice, does not file anything for you, and support cannot say what a docket entry means for your case.
Do I need a PACER account?
No. The free check and Watch both read the docket without a PACER login. Where a free copy of a filing exists, the result links to it.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps everything already collected.
How do I start?
Check your case by number below, free. If its court is one CaseMagic monitors, the result offers to watch it, and from then on the docket is re-read on a schedule and you are emailed the day a new entry appears, with its description and the time the docket was last read. Watch is $99/month after a 7-day free trial, $0 today, cancel any time.
